Karaoke Idol

In the second year of my study, I accidentally met some new friends. They are Agas, Stella, Karin, Vava, Devi, and Ria. I along with my old friends (Fanny, Hendy and many others) are used to hanging out together with them. Not too long ago, Fanny celebrated her birthday with us in Pizza Hut. It was unforgettable when we ate, talked, laughed and picked some pictures together. When the lunch was over, we decided to go to NAV, one of karaoke place in Bandung while filling our vacuum (waiting for next lecture).

After entering the karaoke room, we were so surprised that Agas was freak of singing. She sang loudly while dancing brutally. But guess what! It was very entertaining. We all laughed at Agas. She said that a song which she master most is “Jadikan Aku yang Kedua” by Astrid.(Maybe the song describes herself...hehe…)

Because of her courage, we enrolled her to join the karaoke idol that was held in HME (Himpunan Mahasiswa Elektro). Virtually, the action was only a joke, but it’s quite surprising that she deal with taking the challenge. I and Karin were very optimistic to hear that. We were going to make her over. Unfortunately, the time was coming too fast and we had no time to adjust her style even the song “Jadikan Aku yang Kedua” is not available in HME. Karin directly went hotspot area to find the song in internet and fortunately it worked.

“The Next Singer is AGAAAASSSS…”, said the MC. We stood together and shouted her name loudly. We were so ‘KAGEEEET’ that she was twice confident than the event in NAV. With shaking her body out, all the audience laughed out and suddenly the instrument didn’t work. All shouted “Huuuu…” I think she was not more embarrassed than us when watching her show…

Will she go to the final of Karaoke Idol????
